Helicopter Spins Wildly into Palm Groves at Popular California Shoreline
A helicopter soaring near a well-attended coastal shoreline suddenly began spiraling uncontrollably, ultimately losing altitude and smashing into a row of palm fronds as onlookers looked on.
Recordings posted on the internet depict the helicopter starting to spin over the shoreline then descending towards the edge of the coast, where it becomes wedged amidst palm trees and a staircase close to the Pacific Coast highway.

The Huntington Beach fire department stated five persons were rushed to the hospital involving two individuals who were in the chopper and were “extracted safely from the crash site” following the accident on that day.
Three individuals on the pavement were harmed. Specifics on their injuries were not immediately available.
